Product Details

Scotts® Turf Builder® grass seed tall fescue mix is durable to resist harsh conditions. This mix contains root-building nutrition, a combination of ingredients that is expertly crafted to help establish deep roots to grow thick, green turf so that you can build a better, stronger lawn from the roots up. Scotts® Turf Builder® grass seed tall fescue mix is designed for full sun and partial shade and has medium to high-drought resistance with high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For excellent results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 60 deg F and 75 deg F or air temperatures are between 65 deg F and 85 deg F. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 in H. One 16 lb bag of Scotts® Turf Builder® grass seed tall fescue mix has a new lawn coverage of 1330 sq-ft and an overseeding coverage of 4000 sq-ft.
